Choose the exact return reason. Within the following 24 hours, our Customer Service will reply to you. Once your request is approved, you will receive the prepaid shipping label by e-mail, or you will be able to download it from your account.
Prepare the package.

Within 48/96 working hours of receiving the return at our warehouses, you will receive the refund for the returned product through the payment method used during the purchase, net of return shipping costs.
If you paid your order through bank transfer, we will ask you to send us your IBAN code in order to proceed with the refund.

HOW CAN I BOOK THE COLLECTION OF A RETURN?

DHL: It is possible to get in contact with DHL by phone or book the package’s collection through the website (link sito DHL).
TNT: Follow the procedure reported in the documentation received during the return authorization phase.
OTHER COURIERS: You can choose the courier you prefer. However, the return’s shipping costs will be at your expense, and this might slow down the entire process.
